Was in DC two days before New Year's and went to China Town for lunch. I decided to stop by and check out Golden Nails since the last reviews. Went down the stairs (minus the beggar who hangs out there) and walked in. The place looked nothing like it did previously before what is a total remodel under a new owner. There were several stations for pedicures and a couple for manicures. I quickly counted 6 employees plus the boss and the place was packed.
