Why are so many MPAs leaving the business

Most of them don't plan on doing this forever.

I've gotten quite personal with about a half dozen over the years I've been doing this and most of them are planning on bigger and better things.

Some are "industry girls" and will not leave until they lose their figure to a point where even the most dedicated regular doesn't wanna look down at that sucking his dick but most are looking for easy money and a quick boost to help them get started with their goals in life.

No need to be a jaded douche about it, just accept the fact that they do what they do for their reasons and will eventually leave because they've had enough, achieved their goals, or are no longer eligible for this kind of work.
