If you hobby frequently and see a lot of girls, eventually you will meet a few that you really like. Then if you see them multiple times, including outside the spa, I think it's natural to develop feelings for them. Yeah, I agree with everyone that it's best to not let it get that far but sometimes easier said than done.

If you end up dating an SW it will need to be because you actually like them as people, not just because they please you or they only do certain things with you, or you can be helpful to them. Can you hang out with them and enjoy their company without sex? I suspect that a lot of such relationships are doomed before they start. A shortcoming that I will acknowledge in myself, that is probably true for most people, when the line between intimate friendship and love is crossed, it would bother me too much if a woman was having sex with other people, especially if she liked it. I do believe this is common practice in semi legit Spas, anyway, it is in my experience.
The more often you see an MPA, the more likely they are to provide pretty much anything you want (or they want ) obviously within that particular MPAs comfort level.
Obviously YMMV depending on variables discussed on other threads.

Not always. Me and my fav are friends for long long time. I see her 2-3 times every week and she still restricted with me

It can still happen one day...

I was and still am close to one girl for over a year now, even saw her outside the spa a couple of times, but in the room everything was always within limits (she is a low mileage girl). Then one day things got out of hand and it was one of the best experiences I ever had...so there's a good chance it will happen one day for you but just don't fall into that "friends only" zone. If they only see you as a friend, then they'll find others to meet their sexual needs

My 2 cents. Many women working in spas do so because it is the only way to provide for family back home in China, specially now with a disastrous economic situation in China. So no matter what, serving customers will always take priority over personal relations, because they need to provide for relatives back home. That does not mean you cannot have a relation with a girl outside of work, but it takes a lot of patience and understanding. Many spa workers, work 7 days a week, 10 hours a day, with little time left for shopping for food and sleeping, so not a lot of time for anything else. There's also a difference in culture where Chinese often prefer not to hurt someone's feelings, so what we see as lying, is not always how they perceive it. And finally Chinese girls in relationships love to receive expensive presents (to the point that Chinese men dread going shopping with their girlsfriends), so be prepared for that as well.
