I personally never experienced that i have booked a time with the specific and not able to see that girl at the booked time. Most is i may have to wait for 5-10 mins for the specific girl to get finish up.

On the other hand, walk in is based on whos turn and you may able to choose the girl if someone is free at the time.

Renee only meets with her regular customers through private phone appointments, as she is typically not in the spa, especially during the day. This is just my speculation, though.
