Agreed with MBC, the best is to confirm a specific time with the specific girl either over phone or by text. I personally never experienced that i have booked a time with the specific and not able to see that girl at the booked time. Most is i may have to wait for 5-10 mins for the specific girl to get finish up.

On the other hand, walk in is based on whos turn and you may able to choose the girl if someone is free at the time.

it was something that wasn’t actually their fault but the effort to make the customer happy was appreciated. The next session the attendant got the discount I received as extra tip.
Problem is when girls get so popular they get booked back to back and all it takes is one customer to disrupt the scheduling

These days, Renee isn't around the spa during the day, and Coco is the one in charge. Occasionally, a sophisticated MILF lady serves as the receptionist and answers the phone. It's possible that the lady is Renee's aunt or business partner.
Renee only meets with her regular customers through private phone appointments, as she is typically not in the spa, especially during the day. This is just my speculation, though.
