I agree. Looks are not what's pushing ppl to book her or Jenny. E and m is one of a kind place. The price to skill to service ratio is unbeatable.

Qinnshit , the most successful spa is Just relax Wellness centre in semi legit business with $60/hr. It is well run by the young smart owner with great personality and managing skills. She doesn't even need my shills. The place is super clean with sanitized slippers, robes in every room, free sauna and every lady there knows how to massage well and knows how to make the customers happy without taking their clothes off. It is the busiest spas with lots and lots of regulars from all over GTA. Nothing to do with pricing.
There are lots of spas in Scarborough with $40-45 range. Why aren't they having success? Why is Perla and Pure so busy even with $150 basic entry door fees? All you know is price and price no matter how the ladies look and how shitty the place is. Grow up, go find a real job and explore a little bit more so you know how the market is and how the business is run.

Well it all depends on how you look at it and what you are looking for. The first thing is 40 minutes vs 60 minutes. The reason I mention sky high price is just to point out to qinshit price is not the only thing which makes a spa successful.

When I hobby, I never care about the price. I go by the girl. If I like the girl I will go no matter what the hourly rate is so long as the place is nice and clean. If you have to worry about the price, this hobby is expansive and may need to look for a different hobby. A good value is not the amount of money you pay, it's how much you enjoy spending that money. That's the best value in my dictionary.

All our regulars at Shangri La know what they can get at Premier spas but they have different kind of tastes and likes, that's why they keep coming back for Cindy, Renee and Vivian for a reason. Some come back for Lisa, Lucy and Kelly. So there is no way we can judge what is the best value for every individual. The best value is what they enjoy most with what they spent.

I am off today and Renee just called me to come and help bcuz the spa is very busy and nobody at the front to look after the front desk. I am far away from the spa so I just told her to lock the front door so there will be no disturbance for the customers inside and not to get out of the room no matter who knocks at the door.

I think the only market for semi-holistic/holistic Asian spas is if the rates are cheaper. If it's 140 dollars, then there are better options out there.

I dont want to get into an endless discussion but no matter how rich someone is everyone cares about price and getting good value for their dollar. Lets start 40min vs 60 min how long do your girls spend on an average massage at best compared to E&M. I would say 30-40min. I went to pure last week and spent the whole 40min having fun with zero massage.

You mentioned your spa is somewhere in between holistic and semi legit but your prices are closer to holistic. In my mind there are only those two types nothing in between. If i want a great massage and HE i go to spas like E&M and spend $90-100. If i want to have fun with a hot lady than i go to a spa like pure and spend $150-200.

I like you krayjee and have taken a lot of good advice from you but this somewhere in between spa you have going on is just nonsense. Its pretty much a way for you to charge too much money for a below average product. Please stop mentioning all these guys coming in and spending all this money for a subpar product. As we all know there are many people out there that constantly overpay for stuff. Just because someone is overpaying doesnt mean its not a ripoff.

Double agreed, I really hate having to book in advance, I’ve always been a when the mood strikes, walk-in sort of guy, so my success at premier hasn’t always been great with the unbooked ladies.
I also prefer, and am more comfortable with the GND types, you know , ladies similar to real ladies you see in the mall and such.
