Nyla is still around? I remember she was really hyped to me several years ago and when I finally saw her, I was underwhelmed. She's gotta be late 30s to early 40s by now.

I think the consensus is that she isn't the most attractive but gives great service. Was that not your experience?

Not really. I remember thinking "this is it? its mechanical and basically what I'd get from an AMP or Asian SP agency". Maybe I had my expectations up due to all the praise about her service and her service levels, but none of it was offered and at the time, I was still in the mode of not asking but letting the MPA lead the session.
