ROCKLAND — The first two men charged with engaging a person for prostitution as part of the Asian Massage investigation made their initial court appearances March 24.


Mark W. Strong Sr., 69, of Thomaston, and Joseph A. Cady, 50, of Palermo both pleaded not guilty before Judge Sarah Gilbert in the state court in Knox County.
