It is USDA policy to cull chickens infested with bid flu because there is no cure. This is to stop the spread. That 100 million number was a cumulative number from 2022 onwards. Trump is following that policy and killed 13 million chickens in February. So, Biden didn’t go around signing Executive Orders to slaughter the chickens as part of a great chicken purge.
