So what's the play here? Is Bellagio going to employ 7 receptionists going forward. I don't see them going the RMT route. And these students aren't going to get a body rub license. So is it just milk as much money as they can until they are forced to shut down?

Honestly not trying to stir up trouble, just trying to comprehend the business model. I understand other spas are just going to keep going until the city takes further action but why bring in new girls.
