There is a good reason why YMMV services and experiences from a RMT who provides insurance receipts are so different than the "On the Menu" services from a relaxation therapist who does not provide insurance supported services. In the past 2-3 years most of the insurance companies have scrutinized all sorts of information, and many therapists were de-listed from their eligibility list. So, one can't blame a RMT for being extra careful. Clients who blabber or post unnecessary information cause major damage to their businesses. Also competitors post false information in the hope of damaging those with solid businesses.
As a client, one needs to think through what we post and what we don't. If a provider actively seeks publicity, I suppose it's ok to post. If a provider gives poor service, then it's ok to post precisely on what part of the service was poor. But if one receives YMMV benefits from a RMT, based on mutual trust and confidentiality, I think we should honour thIs trust. Most of the dependable providers have family and friends in town, and a life of their own.
At the same time, I am also not naive enough to believe if a therapist tells me that she is only providing something special to me and a couple of other customers, because we are special
. The idea is to just enjoy YMMV for what it is, and practice the art of discretion.
