Even though the golden rule of the modern time business is "Customers are always right" it does not mean that you have to take it literally, all it means (a)treat you customers fairly and as best as you can, if there is a problem (b) give them the benefit of doubt
( c ) However never, ever argue with the customer!
That is where the general concept of warranty / guarantee came from!
Now, no one can make everyone happy, everytime and no one expects it anyway, however
1- The burden of proof (defense) is always on the business / MPA and not some white knights in a shining armor!
2- A review board won't be a real review board until we can find a well archived records of all the good, the bad & the ugly on the same subject.
