Depends on person to person.. Spa to spa.. It's not like that there is any strict rule... Most of people go there as if it's one time deal and get hooked to enjoyment or girls which later on becomes habit...

Rather than controlling rates, its better to increase demand for services. I am turned off by '10 min baaki hai, which part you neex massage now'.

Paying 1500 to 2000 for just 10 min of touching is not worth.

The standard should be full 60-90 min b2b massage which slowly gets more and more sexual. Money can be increased.

I think they also need pay increase with inflation and general economy. But services should also be increased.
