I've never paid above 1.5k. Thats the benchmark I follow. Tip is always variabe so 2k is fine in some case while 1k in some case..u need to judge later if u paid more or it was worth..and accordingly choose next time.

No, the girl won't be nude for full hour. But yes, at places you can make such deals. I'm not sure whether it will be done within 2K.
S should be part of HJ+TL deal..
F is not part of B2B. However at places B2B is part of F deal (this is up to you for how long and well you do foreplay).

P.S.: this is a reply based upon the experiences and negotiations. Other members please don't bombard me asking for such places. If one do, I am not going to respond to that PM.

Again, this depends upon the spa / the therapist. In extra oriented places never go for Swedish or Balinese.. They even don't know how to do proper aroma. So stick to the cheaper available option...
There are spas where the therapists are well trained, at such places you can opt for other options as per your choices.. usually once you have been with one therapist and have observed / experienced her massage skills, you will be able to decide by yourself.
