I am talking about the spa owners trying to control the girls. No spa owners should control their girls where they can work and where they can't work just bcuz they are working at their spas. That's what happened to Baby of Ellagance . She was forced to quit JR by Ella bcuz she has personal issue with Angela when she was working at JR. I was surprised Ella asked Baby one day where she was when Baby was working at JR, When baby told ELLa she was with her mother in law and Ella asked for a picture to prove it. I am talking about that kind of control by spa owners.
The same shit happened just now. I am with Amy at GRW and Angela just text Amy why she was working at E&M when she can work at any other spas. I guess she was worried Amy might quit JR like May who never look back after trying out one week at E&M bcuz the tips are better and no lady customers. Some asshole must have told Angela Amy is working at E&M today.
When Rebecca went to work at E&M last month, she told Rebecca , she can't work at JR if she wants to work at E&M. Rebecca was forced to quit E&M. Rebecca was fairly new and on the learning curves that time and has never seen good money like JR when she was working at CFZ, so she scared to lose the job at JR and quit E&M even though she made good money and happy at E&M. Amy is a different story, she knows she will be busy no matter where she goes and she has confidence in herself and never cares about getting fired. Those are the kinds of control I hate to see and I don't like. Some spa owners think they own the girls.
All the girls should be able to work where they want to work and girls will always go to the spas where they can make more money and meet more new clients knowing their regulars at their spas will disappear one day once they find another girl.

Don't forget E&M used to have 5 girls a day and averaging 40 customers a day when I was with them 4 yrs ago and much more busier than JR that time. JR was doing only 20 to 24 customers a day when I joined them after I left E&M.. They are doing avg 40 plus a day now. with 6 girls on duty every day.

The funny thing about these 2 spas is, they are not that too far away from each other but they have totally different kind of customers. I rarely see JR customers at E&M , and vice versa. It is pretty much the same like Suko and JR, they are pretty close to each other but different kind of customers. So is Serene Ocean. I was told Suko and Serene has more Hong Kong Chinese customers. JR has more white and Persian customers and about 15-20% Chinese and 10-15% lady customers. . E&M has 35% Chinese, 35% white and 30% Indians.

One thing you guys have to know me is I don't build my friendships and relationships based on obligations. That's why I am never afraid to tell anyone blunt the way I see them. I told Michelle moody and abusive when I left E&M. Now she is a completely different lady, very humble, very cool and calm , very relax , very huggable and loveable, always looking very happy, smiling and enjoying her life. We get along so well now much much better than before. I got treated very well yesterday. Angela is now becoming the old Michelle a few yrs back. The success has changed her. The greed has taken over her and all she cares about now is the room fees without any considerations for girls and controlling girls even though not abusive. That's exactly what I told her about 3 weeks ago. Michelle was shaking her head after reading my long blunt message. She knows me very well. I am who I am. Take me or leave me. JR and CFF are the second busiest now with avg 40 plus a day. ELG is also doing well with 35 to 40 a day. E&M and Suko are about the same now avg 30 plus a day. To my surprise SL gets busier now with a few new young girls and doing 23-24 a day. I was there last week around 7 pm ish and they already have 23 on the log sheet. BN is doing very well at around 28-30 a day. One of your fav Tina is no longer there and still did 28 yesterday.. Tina is having her own spa next month at Yonge and Major Mac. . LOL...it's a new owner and well decorated dine in place run by Bhutan people. . Very modern and busy as hell with young well to do Chinese and Indian customers. . Don't waste your time in the evening without reservations. Avg wait time is one hr plus. We went there at around 8;15 and still have to wait 30 minutes.
