Oh yes Ashley, it seems like she favours clients based on size of tips and whatever else she deems important. This is a very bad quality and sets a poor precedent. The worst part of this is that you are aware and let her get away with it. This kind of attitude will be your downfall. Yes she will have her regulars that tip her well but this will not bring in new customers which every business needs to be successful. You need to understand girls like Ashley will make money in the short term but will never last long and when the regulars stop coming and she leaves for another spa you will be left with nothing. Like I said consistency is key to any business and your girls need to treat every customer like a king not only the ones who tip her enough to make your jaw drop.

I hear you loud and clear but it is hard to talk to a girl like Ashley who has been doing this for yrs and some of her old customers from Diamonds at Kennedy and Finch are still following her to this day. She reads these reviews regularly so she knows what's going on. She is also a human being so there is no way she will be able to click with every one like a robot. She has been working too many days 5 days a week at SL which is not a good thing either, it should be better this week after cutting down to only 3 days.

She sure is a very beautiful decent lady with great personality and skills. The only problem with her was the pricing. Asking too much for body slide where she was so used to get $120/hr at her previous body rub spa near airport. For half hr she's asking $80 which is not out of line but for one hr clients which she demands $120 is a bit too much for the market. The market in Markham and Richmond Hills is ranging from $60 to $100. Most of SL customers are one hr customers which she's not very fond of and her problems started when she ran into customer who do not want to spend that kind of money. Some of her wealthy happy clients those paying her a lot more than what she asks got her thinking in her head she wasn't askiing much eventually killed her normal regular clients, hence getting bad reviews causing her to leave. Otherwise she is a rare find gem.

There were 3-4 regulars of hers yesterday coming in looking for her tell me she has her own kind of clients. She could have had lots of regulars if she has listened to me and lower the price. She has the looks, the personality and the skills and was busy as hell when she first started at SL but she was not good at keeping them. She failed to adjust the market price at different location and paid the price.
