Rates at premier have been quite standard for a long time now:
Door fee for 40 minute session = 150 (includes all "within-the-limits" service including bodyslide and happy ending, and usually LFK/DFK)
"Extras" in room rates are standard 50 BBJ, 100 CFS. Anything over is upselling. There are and have been girls who will try to overcharge; many have been discussed in this forum. Remember not all the girls do engage in all extras, but generally yes. TBH some of the better sessions I have had have been with girls who stay within the limits and have learned how to put that little "extra" bit of sensuality in to compensate. TETO & YMMV
Tipping as discussed here is above and beyond the above door fee and extras rates, and is 100% discretionary. If you had a particularly good session then its up to you. There are those here who advocate tipping on top of standard rates, and those who advocate against in an effort to keep a lid on what could easily lead to price gouging. I suppose one could gauge tip levels as similar to in the service sector anything from 10 to 20% on top of bill. I would say only tip the MPA based on the rate for extra received. 20% on 50 BBJ means 10 more, etc.
So bottom line: if going to premier with FS in mind, then you need at least 250 for entry and "entry". Tipping more is up to you. Be sure to establish good rapport with the girl from the outset and clarify what you want when the moment to discuss comes.

Generally it's 50/100 (some girls 60/120) for BJ/FS which is on-top of the fee you would pay at the door for places like Premier spas/Seduction. There is obviously no real standard price but that has been mostly accepted...

There are some who are quoting alot higher than the above (150+ for FS for a 30min session).... and from what others have written here it seems to be alot of the newer girls who have joined seductions roster.

I'm not saying it's wrong or they shouldn't be doing that - it's their bodies and their business. Just personally if I were to come across that, I would simply decline extras and not repeat.

Saw Kourtney last week, very relaxing session.

Only been venturing away from premier very recently, so limited current suggestions. FS will be available in most of the scarboro spas, although the level of eye candy and facilities will be generally lower, and often disappointing. I know CFS is available at Anna Relax/Oriental and Red Rose Relax and there are some attractive girls in these spas. There is plenty of recent mention in the forum of FS at Forever and Lulu Villa as well. Believe all these places, as well as those north of Steeles will have similar price structure: door fee 40/60/80 for 30/45/60 minutes; In-room extras 40/60/80 for Topless/NR/BS and 100/120 for CBJ/CFS. Some places appear to be trying to increase door fees to 50 for 1/2 hour, again...
So in terms of your budget, an all inclusive FS half hour will likely be 40 + 120 = 160, although it can be had lower. At downtown chinatown spas for example, but definitely don't expect ay DDG girls there. YMMV, as always.
