Just thinking the reception must tell the MPA what the donation was going into the room so there really shouldn't be much discussion/debate.

I don't think the managers will be having those conversations with the MPAs because the managers will always charge only the lower end of any given MPA's price range. So for example if the girl is priced $210-$270 for 40 minutes then the manager is always going to collect $210 only at the front desk, and if you want to upgrade to FS then you pay that extra $60 to the MPA in the room.

If she starts at $210 then it's a given you're supposed to get some type of BJ, unless you're on the very low end of YMMV.

Yes, that would be helpful to know. And unfortunately it may be more CBJs overall now, because the girls already have the money up front. Before if she were trying to upgrade you to a BJ you could say no to a CBJ, making a BBBJ more likely. That said, you'll likely have a better chance of also getting a BBBJ if you upgrade to FS.

Yes unfortunately this was one of the reasons the pricing scheme got changed for everyone: because a small group of guys would try to find ways to rip off the girls for their extras fees. Hell hath no fury like a girl who's been jagged for her upcharges!
