The boss is worried she might lose some customers to the new spa but it's a different kind of spa and she will be working there only for a short term during lockdown period. She will be back at Orchid after the lockdown is over. She has to do what she got to do cuz we don't really know when this lockdown is going to be over even tho' we are guessing at mid July.
The pendamic and virus will be with us for a long time and I can see there will be more lockdowns after we open again...Even the safest places Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand is having some lockdowns now. .. .

Customers are always free to choose where they want to spend their money. As well as my employees, they never forced to go anywhere. I don’t care where do they go and why. If they love to go somewhere else, I wish they have a bright future.

I am talking about a bonafide situation. The 2 bosses were friends and it worked well for the girls. This was pre-covid arrangement. One spa was east the other west. Each got a supply of fresh faces and girls knew they were going to a good spot.

White knights maybe or the even more dangerous overly obsessed customer. Unless she signed a contract stating exclusivity to work for that one owner, pretty sure these girls can go work anywhere they choose to just as much as any hobbyist can choose where they spend their cash, do they even make hourly or on a payroll ? The owner is just being a sour puss(no pun intended) I've had some good recommendations from you and I appreciate it.
