1699 Bayview is very good. I'm big in to exercise and I had a frozen shoulder, I couldn't lift my left arm above my head. Sherry worked my shoulder and to my amazement the problem was solved. I believe she works Thursday and Sunday. She is my go to if I need a great massage.

I know this is not the focus of this forum, but I have a muscle strain I want to get worked on regularly in the next few months. Don't have insurance for it. From my understanding, I just need regular deep tissue massage and it should be resolved, as it is not a serious injury. But the massage itself has to be hard/strong, so I don't want to randomly try my luck with semi-legits.

So I found some legit spas. Does anyone know if any is particularly worth trying? Or if there's others I should try instead.

I think if you pay cash it’s 120 for a two hour massage. I just do Rmt and acupuncture there so it’s more. But I get It covered with my insurance.

Yup. its actually pretty fancy in there. They moved from Markham and 16th last year. All massages are RMT. I was hoping it was semi legit or legit relaxation since it walking distance...

I have had several excellent massages there.

Do they still have RMT's or chiro or ???? Their web and socials presence is severely lacking. no posts since 2020ish. No prices for all the services they list on their site, 2015 copyright. I did notice that a week ago replied-to or liked all the google reviews form the past 4-6 months. Assume that was the 'owner'.

Again great massages, I am going bi-weekly the past while and way better than an RMT in my opinion... the ones I have had at least. My benefits only cover 60% of RMT, and relaxation massage is about half an RMT so its close to a wash out-of-pocket, and a non-RMT will massage your ass properly. There is an odd vibe there with no front desk staff and odd website, has it changed over your 2+ years, or similar?
