Great tips all.
I would like to add however that you may not want to lower the table and switch to your elbows/forearms at the same time as in my case using my elbow is the equivalent of dropping my table about 12", a huge jump by anyones standards.
Additionally i have found that "more pressure" can often mean "more specific" especially if you consider that pressure is a ratio of lbs./sq. in, if you reduce the surface area, you effectively increase the pressure.

Id say that 5'7" is petite when it comes to maintaning pressure on the body of 6'+ people needing deep tissue...wouldn't you???

We have roughly 110 students from Motherwell College alone that have purchaced training and equipment. And you have know idea whether Poster can afford it or not.

TBH I don't know what your problem is...Hydrotherm is one option that can help with the problem that the Poster mentioned and offer much more besides. All I did was give the website for the Poster to look in to it. Its not illegal to post the same information a couple of times, especially if the same information is appropriate.

So to conclude; Squash, get over yourself and get a life!

Actually, I wouldn't. I don't believe a person's height has anything to do with maintaining pressure. That's why tables are adjustable. At any height, if one uses his/her body correctly appropriate pressure will be achieved.

I think this is where Squash is coming from. Your previous posts have not really added any value to the conversation. They have simply posted who you are and your contact information. That tends to come off as really sales-y if you are not a regular contributing member. Can you see how one would get that from your previous posts?

I am curious if this is how you wish to represent your company here on this board? To me it does not reflect well on your relationships with others. (Obviously just my opinion. Others' may vary.)
