Yes it is open now. If you are familiar with Western Railway Get down @ Charni Road Stn. East Side -> Get a cab or walk on road (merely 500 mtrs) towards Harkishandas Hospital (which is closed now) -> Just before Hospital Junction take a Right turn and walk towards Girgaon main bus stop -> Just after 2 building you will find a Lane named Nawalkar Lane on your Right -> start walking into the lane there are Houses on the Left side that's it.
