Ideally walk-ins are totally fine if you know whom you want, where to go and what to ask. Else you could take the service of the SPs. They will be roaming around that location / lane and are approachable.

Would NL be working as normal during new year (dec 31 night and jan 1 night) ? Planning to celebrate this new year there.
