All such places are always risky, when you say unsafe its a very dicey lingo in the context of the fact that are venturing out on something which is not fully legal

What I observed NL in the middle of the city, lot of movements of normal decent public through that lane as well. some shady building immediately as you walk into the lane. Just go confidently ask the SP, if you like take service else come out. Dont think anyone will force you. Never take service from any teen.
