You know nothing about the boss. I have been with so many spa bosses. She is the best one I have ever seen. She just wanted to make sure every customer is treated well and fair and not get ripped off. The girls already got her cut of 130 bucks and she wants to make sure it's fair to everyone.
Let me tell you a little about Fifi before you shoot shits without knowing anything about her. She is loved by every girl and she treats all her girls as her own daughters. The girls call her mom. She buys them lunch and dinner every day. One girl's car got broken into last week in the spa parking lot and her LV purse was stolen. She wanted to help the girl out and asked me how much will it cost to fix her Mercedes window. I told her the girl was stupid enough to leave her LV bag inside visible in parking lot, so no need to help her and let her go through insurance. She wouldn't listen to me. She still helped her out with $1,000 basic deductible. That's how she is.
Last year and early this yr, when the covid LE was going around inspecting spas and businesses for masks and issuing tickets. 3 of her girls got $880 tickets each. She paid for them all. I got a ticket too. She tried to pay my ticket. I said No and I went to the court. I haven't heard anything back yet even though the clerk told me I will have my court date some time in September.
Where can you find a boss like that? Not in your life.
There are only two spa bosses I respect. One is Fifi. Enough said.

If she's penalizing every girl when a client complains then she likely has a decent enough war chest from funds collected in penalty fees to pay for tickets. The news of car being broken into are shocking because what's the point of all those cameras all over the place when they neither deter robbers nor provide information to the police on how to solve a case. Did she choose not to contact the police?

I don't have a problem with that as it's not the first time a MPA tried that on me. I didn't pay then and I didn't pay now. It's their body and their rules and my money and my decision.

But, spa owners also have their perogatives too. I am looking forward to visiting again. Probably in Dec 10 as I have a day off. We shall see though as I've worked thru my spare cash that I use for hobbying.

Lastly, regarding your comment on the girl you reviewed, I think you are enabling. I don't see any scenario where a girl is forced to give back $40 she didn't take without the girl being coerced. As a lifetime horny man addicted to hookers, I have more than enough knowledge and experiences to say that, currently in the market we are in, post Moonwaiting VIP demise, it is clear that police is going after very specific things in the sex trade.

That is Human Trafficking and underage girls.

Underage girls would be the worst, because if human trafficking is coercion of people with the end goal of exploiting the fruits of their labor, exploiting a minor is a double wrong. Minors are more susceptible to intimidation and manipulation.

I think so long as any part of the sex industry stays away from those two things then they should be fine. Coercion of a girl is flirting with the devil, because it just takes one girl to complain to trigger an avalanche of shit.

Nevertheless, not all illegal migrants are trafficked but if you find large concentrations of this group of people working at a certain place, that probably means the working conditions are questionable.
