I mainly use 2.4m lengths of 112cm wide poly cotton sheeting, with 2m polar fleece cover if they are cold. Poly cotton lasts for ages with 60deg washes, everything washes out very easily, and it dries very quickly. Great for mobile work, hardly weighs anything, hardly takes up any room in the cupboard. Sheets are changed between each client, though I don't sanitise the table between clients, I've got an egg crate foam mattress topper on the table and a terry towelling couch cover over that keeping it on. The poly cotton sheet is placed on top of that. I change the towelling couch cover every day. If I noticed the couch cover was wet or something between clients I would change it, but that hasn't happened so far. I know some people that are so concerned about fluids that their foam couch topper is covered in plastic wrap and the couch cover and a sheet on top of that are changed for every client - I think their clients are so sweaty because of the plastic wrap on top of the foam topper, but they'd prefer sweaty clients to fluids. I also do lots of hot stone and wouldn't want any hot stones on plastic wrap only a layer or 2 down from the stone, goodness knows what could be off gassing!
I use a face cradle extension rather than a facehole in the table, and use a disposable facial wipe with a cut into the middle on the face cradle. Face cradle is sanitised between every client and the disposable face wipe is disposed of.
