Marathon Massage

Hi meeran,

I was given a leaflet right at the beginning, when I agreed to do the massage it gave the details of where i'll be doing the massage, dont you have some kind of letter or leaflet with all details, my oraganiser said dont come too early as nobody arrives, early but it gets busy from 10.30 to 11.30, well you must get there by 11.30. he said he's given my name at the door to the security so they can let me in. you best check if they have your name at the door too. hope this helped, also he told me not to drive as there is so many road blocks and no where to park the car, he said use the transport. he said he made mistake last year to get he's wife to drop him off, he end up getting the tube.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.but I,ve just come back from massaging all those aching legs. I must admit that it 's been one of the most wonderful experience of my life, seeing all those people getting up the couches smiling after the massage. i've managed to massage about ten or so, and shared a couple with other therapists too.
It's been a lovely day. I almost warmed up to runing myself once in my life time....
well done to all the therapists who massaged, and most of all to the runners..

Well wasn't that just great!!

I had so much fun and met so many great people. I was massaging for National Autistic Society and we were located at Holiday Inn on Piccadilly (or there abouts). There was a post event reception for all the runners, they were offered showers, massage and food & drinks. Nice area for the kids to play. There were 6 massage therapists and we got thru lots of people, I finished the last runner at 7pm!!

Post marathon massage was very interesting, I learned so much! Will definitely do that again anytime!!

Now, I need a massage myself today!!

my arms are dropping off, but we did well over 17, 18, 19, people, at the end we lost count, each we had so many runners in the room that at the end we had trun them away, as there wasnt enough time, I did finish at 7pm, as the company who provided the couches wanted them back, there were 17 massage therapist, it was great fun, but do i want to do it again ask me next year, we had to give numbers out, i worked flat out for four hours before i took 20 mins break, i almost fainted, and now i'm paying for it, my wrist is in so much pain. but met loads of fantastic people, it was such buzzing feeling.
