Hi Chrissy,I'm in aggreement with the flash cards. They are are huge help for me. Try to draw your own on index cards, they don't have to be perfect (it's a learning tool, not something to be hung in a gallery). Drawing is a little time consuming but it really has helped me in my learning process.Lots of luck!Jeff

Dont get too stressed over it. We just did our first set of muscles (Traps, Serratus, Rhomboids, etc) and it seemed really hard and overwhelming at first, but once you get a method down, you'll get it.
I agree with the poster that said to think of the muscles as puppet strings. Thats what I do and it helps immensely!
Just try to think of what the muscle would do if you tugged on them.
We just got our next set of mucles yesterday (Pecs, Deltoids, Teres) and I am testing on those in a couple of weeks after Christmas break.
Im trying to do one muscle per day.
For me, the key is writing them on paper, over and over and over while looking at a photo.

Does anybody know any good websites for learning the muscles? Or any tricks or tips?

I am reading through all the posts so forgive me if I repeat someone else's advice. But this is what worked for me.....I made up silly and rediculous associations for everything. I can't think of any off hand (lol, it worked for me while I was in school! Honestly, I graduated top 5 in my class with honors, lol), I'll get back to you with an example. But that always worked for me! Everyone in class would look at me funny when we talked about how we memorized stuff but I always came away with A's on my tests!

Oh, here's one......Atlas and Axis. Okay so you're going down the back of your head and "Atlas" you've found the "Axis"! (that was one of my friends) I came up with.......Atlas holds up your head like Atlas (greek mythology) holds up the world.
