I agree with this, and adding to it, you will find girls "mixed" or from mixed "area's" that swing one way or another but avoid the "mixed" label. Liaoning is a Province in China, along with Jilin Province both border N. Korea. There are many people from those Provinces here in Canada because the weather here is no different (actually GTA is better).

I've met people from Jilin City and Shenyang and neither spoke any Korean or knew many that did, so I think you need to be closer to the border before that happens. Yanbian is another area but I've never met anyone willing to admit they are from there.
