I am not surprised it was Jackโs fault. He did a double booking for me and the real problem he did not find this was a mistake causing the clientโs unnecessary waiting time. He is a subpar receptionist. I donโt think he has a heart and focus in performing his job. You can tell when he answers the phone for booking. Heโd be better stay in the room to provide RMT message to lady customers.
