Basically there's either Deep Tissue or Relaxation. You can have a mixture of the two if you have certain muscles that are tight or in discomfort. There are other types such as Lomi Lomi, but Google is a good source for types of massage. You can try YouTube as well. Generally the girls ask what you want, where you point out your sore spots and go from there. The HE part is a whole nother story .
