This is true that if you have a darker complexion they might think you are a gypsy.

Outside of that that, from what I have heard, asians do not experience too many issues in Prague, with the possible exception if you are of SE Asian decent, specifically Vietnamese. This is because apparently there is a fairly large working class vietnamese community in Prague in addition to numerous immigrant workers from Vietnam and some locals consider them with a similar disdain you see other poorer visible minority working groups in any country (think Mexicans in the US or Muslims/Arabs in Europe)

Flankly I LIKE to travel Prague for mongering , still the best in Europe
in term of quality and also there are many choices for newbies .
It is true there is not that much about the race issue but just the attitudes!
I also know the Czech. people still has a long way to learn How to take care
the customers. I stayed in 2 hotels in Prague , the Duo and Stirka , and none
has any bell boy to serve the guests , that is kind a little bit cold at the reception.
For the brothels scenes, I think S.P. provides the value for sex experince in Prague.
I liked FKK in the trip 2005, however, it changed for the worse now.
I hung out a lot in the K5 the last trip 4 months ago . It was expensive club
when I had to pay with a devalue USD. these days. However, I found some good
quality times in there and I shall not shy to visit them again in the future !
I should try the privats , but it was hard with my no Czech. language .

Back on the race issue, sorry Larry, the attitude hear is just of ignorance really, remember for 40+ years this was a communist country and the people had very little knowledge of other races. To be honest most people have no problem with other nationalities, its just a minority like most places. To be honest most working girls dont have a problem with anyone so long as the are respectfull, clean and make the effort...

Good points, but as has been said, K5 is a total rip off, if you feel comfortable there fine, but i have visited most clubs in Prague and as an old regular at K5 i have to say i do my best to avoid the place. As we have mentioned we visit clubs for one reason and thats to have fun with a girl and the service levels are no differant in any club, if you find the right girls and ask the right question, it will just cost you oner 1000czk more at K5. Yes some of the girls do strips at K5 but its usually the same girls and to be honest when you have been a few times it gets boring. If you are the type of guy who prefer to spend a long time in a club and be entertained then K5 is best, but your wallet will suffer, if you just want a few drinks, pick a girl and leave then the SPs and PDs of the world are far better value.

thanks for the input Larry. A lot of reports I've read about SP seem to reflect what you're saying about the girls being disinterested and reluctant to approach customers. Based on all that... I speculate a martian could walk in there and they would still be disinterested. I dunno.. I think I'll definitely visit there, but nothing I'll try to hang my hat on. Maybe a early afternoon romp or something, though I guess the smaller selection comes into play then.


But speaking of places to go and just watch the girls, does anyone have any experience with Night Club Excellent? Honestly, I don't even care about the quality of the girls... I think it just looks like a cool place to get the night started with a few drinks in a freakin cave! hahah.

It looks like it's across the river from Big Sister. Just wondering if they're really as casual about hanging out, or if they're a "hurry up and buy" type of place.

I definitely agree with those comments. You certainly wont see me recommending SP as a top Prague destination. But I still think K5 is a rip off. And you can enjoy watching girls dance in other places besides K5.

Here are the advantage of K5 relax girls .
Majority of K5 girls speak English. S.P. girls don't.
The mangers of K5 will make sure the customers have a choice
of their girls. SP. has only the bartender with not much helping
than sell the beers.
I can sit in K5 and enjoy the dancing girls .
What the girls in S.P. do ?

I think we've had this conversation before. I still dont know what you mean by entertainment. There was entertainment in "go go paradise" when I was there, but I didnt see much of it in K5. I would best describe K5 to be like a VIP lounge sort of environment.

I dont think being able to sit at a table and relax with a girl all night makes K5 any better than any normal brothel. You can still take girls from SP on escort and do the same thing. The one thing K5 does have over most places is a larger selection of girls to choose from.

I was in Prague just for mongering purposes in Nov.2005 and May/June 2006.
I have visited several clubs including FKK , AAA model , Sweet Paradise
and K5. I never been at any privat nor escort.
IMHO , the K5 provides the best opportunity for good time with many girls
at every night and entertainements atmosphere.
The S.P. is just a brothel , girls sit together with not much interested
to do the work.

How many different clubs have you been to in Prague? Because if you're only familiar with K5 and SP, then to say K5 is the best option for people to visit is terribly misleading IMO.

I can confirm that Czech. republic sure does have races problem.
I traveled to Prague 2 times in the last 12 months. Here are what I
noticed at the Sweet paradise. The girls never came to Me and introduce
themself may be because I am an Asian American ? Personally, It did not
offend Me . However, It is the Czech. people still thinking the old communist
ways . The K5 is the best option and truly professional business.
Of course, I was enjoy the K5 most of my time in Prague.

And thanks manatus for the info about the folks there at large... as much as I'd love to spend all my time with girls who are glad to enjoy my (money's) company , certainly the bulk of the time will be spent out and about, and it's nice just to have an idea of the milieu and to err on the side of caution to boot.

It's not that uncommon to see Africans in Prague, and there is also quite a big Korean population.

Thought i would add to this. Unfortnately there are quite a few race problems in the Czech Republic, infact this is true throughout Eastern Europe. Asian, Blacks... are not a common sight, lets remember this was a communist country less than 20 years ago. Currently there are problems with gypsies and even problems with non nationals (check out the news on the current problems Hungarians are experiencing in Slovakia). I have lived here many years and know many Czech... girls both working and non-working. As has been mentioned above the girls are more interested in the money although i am aware they are not too fond of certain nationalities, mainly though how they are treated by guys. In most clubs you will not have problems, however in local bars i would always suggest some caution. Prague is a very safe and international tourist centre so you should not run into too many problems if you respect the fact you are a guest in the Czech Republic. K5 is your best option as its the most professional and simply money orientated, however it is one of my least favourite clubs these days due to its elitest attitude. Enjoy

Hi. I just recently went on my first mongering trip to Prague, had a fantastic time and can recommend it very much. Going back in a month or so

My tip would be to start at K5. The staff there was great. I would email them in advance and explain your situation. Personally, I'd rather have my first time with a real pro there than with an unexperienced girl at (for example) SP.

I haven't been to Amsterdam myself, but friends who have, say that they'd pick Prague over Amsterdam any time.

Btw, there were several asian (japanese) guys at K5 when I was there

Well, I'm half Indonesian/half white, but I definitely look more Indonesian. Some say there's a resemblance to Tiger Woods, if he had much paler skin. Or I guess... I'd look like Tiger Woods if I was a lot darker. Erm... something. Yeah. But I'm "young, good looking, and...." well, I'll just say I plan on blowing enough student loan money to try to fake the rich part. >: ) tee hee.

Also... on a different but probably more important note... I'm a virgin (at 25! wtf..). Anyhow, Amsterdam is definitely on the agenda as well. If you had to pick one city to buy your defloration in, would you recommend any city, place or girl in particular? (I guess the most important question here is: which city should I hit first?)

At one of the RLD boards (the one with "the device", haha) there seem to be "board favorites" that surface in "good for first timers" conversations... anything like that in Prague? Despite a lot of the positive reports here, the overall feeling I get is that Prague is a little more dodgy than Amsterdam. (I don't mean that badly... but that's just the impression that I get.) I have a thousand more questions, but I'm still searching the forum, scrolling through Mandrake's general info thread and the Prague FAQ, so I'll look around a bit more first.

When you say asian, do u mean oriental or from India etc?. Cauz there is the gypsy problem in Prague and someone from India etc could be considered one.....Let me know which one are you and i will give my opinion.

Based on what I've gathered from the girls I've talked to, they usually have the option to say no to a guy if they really dont like him.... for whatever reason. But you almost never see that happen because it's all about the money for most of these girls.
