Funny, one guy asked me at one time at JR on how much he should tip the girl 10% or 15%. I have to tell him this is not like a restaurant where the waitress just bring the food and left. These girls stay with you for the whole hour and serving you like a king to your needs so it should be at least $40 and up depending on how the girl serves him. So he left $50 tips for the girl and left..

I’m guessing it’s quite small (maybe $20-30 depending on length of time). So, tips are the majority of their income.

Most holistic do not pay any commission from room fees to the girls. They live on tips.
Semi legit girls get paid half of the room fees on one hour but not much in 30 min and 45 minutes. Serene Ocean is brutal, the owner takes $40 out of room fess whether it is 30/45 or 60 minutes.

I always tip at least 150% of the room fee, even for the most basic service. Always have. That’s over and above the room fee.

I actually haven’t been to a MP in a while. Only a couple since last year. I only see my RMT at the moment. I have known her for years, and tip her never less than 200% of the room fee. Lovely girl, and we are friends outside her place of work.

I tipped a girl $120 on top of room fees at Superior a few weeks ago bcuz she stayed late and took my late appointment time after the spa was closed . I have had quite a few occasions where some ladies gave me back some saying too much. Girls at JR, Zen and GRW are always happy to see me. Girls at GRW ..Lily , Shirley and Candy always get a very generous tips from me bcuz of their great attitude

I used to follow $40 basic, $60 top off, $80 top and bottom, $20 bonus on top for additional fun or pleasant demeanor. Since returning post COVID, I’ve put $80 on the counter at the beginning of the session and simply say that I am probably comfortable with whatever they are comfortable with. Half the time I find another $20 in my pocket when I leave, not for extras but for attitude.

Nice to know we have quite a few generous and reasonable guys in here. I don't even know how some guys sleep at nights after tipping $15 to these hard working girls. $15 tips for a 90 minutes massage with HJ is the most ridiculous one I have ever heard in my hobby years.

Good proper tipping always leads to better service in the end, most girls I see never ask how much tips, I just tip them properly at the end and they are always happy. Then when you go and see other girls at the spa they won’t ask how much tips. (Girls in the spas talk amongst each other and they know what guys they don’t have to ask for tips). When I go to a new spa I make sure to find out what I can expect, and first time leave the tip out before massage starts that way there’s no awkward pause to ask what tips. Then they never ask again.

What I never understood is how the same guy might be a cheap asshole trying to save $20 at a semi-legit but then go to a FS and pay $40-60 more because the girl upcharges them. It’s not a “play it backwards” game where you need to take money out of a semi-legit mpa’s pocket because a FS pro took it out of yours.

$40 is what most guys tip for HJ with a bit of roaming hands. A bit more if you want them to remove their bras or pull their pants down. Some girls may go nude or BS for $60- 80 bucks. I always tip a little extra for kissing and good attitude.
