Hey students....



I've been in a 1-year 1000 hour program since the beginning of October. We finished our massage and A&P classes in December and started into our clinic hours. I currently have about 45 hours on the floor and 10 more in community service.

Our classes now are Business and Kinesiology and I'm taking a Reflexology CEU this weekend followed by Hot Stone, Pregnancy/Infant, Shiatsu, Posture Analysis, and Body Mechanics CEUs over the next two months. All this in addition to an active duty military career!

It's a nice change of pace from my military duties and I'm loving every minute of it!!!
 


I will graduate from an 18 month program this April. Then, I'll be taking the Ohio state boards in June. I'm torn between wanting school to end so that I can tackle starting a new business and wanting school not to end because the prospect of starting a new business is quite daunting!
 


I've been in school for a year and graduate in July. I'm loving it, though struggling a little with having a desk job and seeing clients - my hands are a bit overworked.

So far I've been through Anatomy & Physiology, Swedish, Thai, TCM, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Pregnancy. Next week we start in on Aromatherapy!

I'm just so glad to have found my calling. I can't wait to be done with desk jobs.
