I find that once a place gets good reviews and mileage goes up, the rates go up and service goes down and I often start to look elsewhere.
When I first read PL review for Delinto, I was intrigued and went and had several great visits, but then as the months went by, one could not book or get in and rates started to climb, services started to change, but I did have a good time while it lasted.
