Ella..she is a petite girl in her high 20s to low 30s, about 5' 2" tall, around 100 lbs with nice tight toned shapely body and curves. I will tell you one simple thing so you learn a little bit about business. The most important thing for a spa business is the parking space and the traffic. I have managed 3 very busy spas in the last 3 yrs and I know all their best attendance records. Ellagance beats E&M's best ever attendance record by 2 last Monday and just shy of 9 to match JR's best record. It took E&M almost 2 yrs to set that record, Ellagance did that in 2 months. Need I say more?.
