When Renee first started, she was getting only 5-6 customers a day and some days zero customers. She couldn't even pay the bills, crying every day and even put up the spa for sale. Her friend Shelly called me over to help. I fired all her friends old undesirable ladies Helen, Cici and so on and brought in new youg girls with a condition she cannot take any customer until every girl gets at least 4 customers each so all the girls make decent money and stay.

So was E&M, struggling to make ends meet when I got there. They have some good girls but not doing well. The two partners Esther and Michelle had to bring in Eva as a 3rd partner to help pay the bills. They were doing only 13-14 customers a day which didn't even cover their expenses. I put them up on the map and they got over 20- 30 in just a few weeks. The words got out and I was called in to help JR which was doing only 17 -18 a day. Now they're doing 40 average plus a day.

BTW....there is another place you can go attach yourself. They are doing average 70 plus customers a day now. They were doing only 18-20 a day before I got in. You know where it is....but I don't think she will let you in..

Every person with half a brain knows that it might be a tough start until the word got out and business starts to ramp up. Just because you got called upon to be part of the initial launch phase, doesn’t automatically give you the power to keep riding the same horse. You are not responsible for SL, JR, EM’s success YEARS after your sorry ass was let go from those establishments. Their successes are credited to each of those mamasans being smart about their businesses, continuously hiring good staff, not hiring toxic employees such as yourself back. Continuous improvements to their spas and hard work maintaining repeat clientele. Your initial involvement might have gathered some MP attention at the start, but nothing more. I wish OG would pick up more spas in the RH/Markham area as he is probably the only promoter that doesn't seem like a terrible person

Kiddo. The results speak for itself. I show all spa owners what to do to make their spas busy. The smart ones listened and learned and put efforts in and become successful. The slow ones just wasting time watching garbage on their phones and wanted me to do everything. I don't have time to babysit every boss. All I can do is show them what needed to be done. Some spa owners are so slow, I don't even know why they bought the spas and what made them buy the spas.

In other words, it is the boss fault and not yours. why don't you just cut the bullshit and just say, "yeah, it is the boss's fault. I am perfect."
