I actually think $80 is the standard for completely nude HJ with some roaming, neither $60 nor $100. That is my personal view.
The guy said he only got a HJ, assuming it means standard fully clothed HJ with no or limited over the clothes roaming, that’s $40 or max $50 if his hands roamed around.
