It was a crazy busy day yesterday at E&M which almost broke the attendance record of last year. It was nice to see every one in good mood and happy until the last hr of the day when a noisy and very demanding customer spoiled the mood of every one with his inconsiderate rowdy behavior. He was so loud to a point I couldn't help myself but had to tell him to shut up or get out. No wonder nobody wants to take him even though he was a regular at E&M for over a yr now

We all know the he is just pimp, who thinks of himself as a James Bond with the looks of Brad Pitt .

1) He himself has admitted to have multiple handles on other boards, so why wouldn't he have multiple handles on this forum .

2) Tries to find out about the service girls provide to a specific clients he knows and then if you write anything negative about a girl he pimping, he will attack you with personal shit over the net. Therefore getting to know him is not in ur favour .

3) Tells his friends to write reviews here online for new girls or girls he wants to promote and off course he will tell u make certain changes to your reviews as well.

4) Two Face -no explanations needed. EM was the best until he got kicked out and started working Shangri-la, then his true face was exposed as he started bashing EM , started calling the girls old and dirty , even talked personal stuff about Michelle to steal EM customer. After being kicked out from Shangri-la he is back to EM , Now he is promoting EM.

5) Trust me EM, Shangri-la or JR , no body wants him but he threatens them to steal there customers , which he does as he has quite a few followers. He is really proud of the fact that he can destroy someone's business by stealing there customer as he has quite a few follower, probably the only resin businesses allow him to come back , otherwise who would won't an old fart back.

Note : In my opinion EM and Michelle are the best there is .

He believes he is the smartest guy out there, you will notice him making claims I am helping the girls out ... Yeh F***ing right. Starts writting at 8:30 AM through out till 9:00 PM , it's common sense that we are here for hobbying and he is here for living, guy has no life.

It will be fun at E&M on this coming Wednesday. Jessica will have a tough competition with the new girl who is younger, prettier and better massage than her and already well reviewed in red board. Michelle has a tough time choosing which day to put the new girl on between Mia and Jessica. Finally she went with Jessica since Jessica already has lots of regulars and she doesn't like the fact the two youngest ones on same day.

Yup there will be a new line up on coming Wednesday with the new young girl Sofia on duty.. So they will have Michelle, Jenny, Cici, Jessica and Sofia on duty on Wednesday. It is hard for me to say who is younger between Sofia and Mia. All I can guess is they both are in their mid to high 20s and I think Sofia is slimmer and prettier.
Finally Michelle has learnt to listen to most of my suggestions to improve the image of the spa by hiring the right kind of girls, how to treat the girls better and giving bonuses to the reception girls who have to do lots of extra works compared to JR and some other spas. JR gave the reception girls basic salary plus $2/customer bonus with no laundry work and lots of customers tip the reception girls there. Now the reception girls at E&M will be getting the same kind of bonus as of last Friday. The receptionist Amy was so happy and gave me $20 tips out of her earnings last Friday day where they got 43 customers that day. I told her no need for that but she pushed that money into my pocket. I will spend that money to buy fruits and deserts for the girls on Monday. It is so nice to see everyone very happy at E&M lately and that's how it should be. Our little Angel who is on vacation in China got so elated when I sent a weChat message to her about the bonus..lol
