Diaper Drape or Sheet?

The diaper drape with the 2 towels is what we used at the Spa when doing body treaments or Lomi Lomi. that sort of draping for massage would be horrible.

We were taught a 'daiper' drape for doing various MFR techniques that weren't so bad and done with a sheet. I doubt I could explain it though.

I also use towels at one officeI work at. Big nice towels. But in the private office, I use sheets. They both work well.
