Sneha:

I have been to SBs and MPs many times but have always been put off by DBs because of money spent vs. value gained sort of a thing, but your comments are inspiring my curiosity to try and experience first hand (Thanks for this).

What is the protocol in DBs? I mean how much money should one shell out for a close quarter dance with girl at bars like Deepika, Laila, Rasna? Is it similar to what we see in movies get change for bigger currency to smaller currency and shower it on them?

Pardon my rookie questions, but I had a similar experience in Goa once and I had liked it very much then, if I can get the same feel from this, then it is worth a try.

Also where are Rasna and Laila? I know Deepika as I have been at Kishor many times.

Regarding the way how stuff works - It is your game and you get to decide how you wish to play it! Some days you can be Dravid and some days you can be Russell!

If I were you and going to a place for the first time - I would go early, occupy the best seat and observe for a while, look for a girl who meets my requirements (if required even wait till the whole lineup s out) and tip her enough to get her hooked meanwhile... For my first visit - i would always pick the naughtiest or sluttiest of the lot! She then sets the benchmark for the rest for your next visits or change!

As far as currency denominations are concerned - carry 100s 50s and 500s... Never use the bar to get change...

The only time I would suggest showering 20s is when you want to grab attention - else tipping in 100s and 500s makes more sense as it goes to them completely if they know how to hide it.

This tactic works when you have limited time - you get a change of 5k, place it on the table and the whole bar lines up in front of you to offer themselves!

And while this sounds cliche - The besharmi does come with experience only!

Goa experience was long back, it was along the lines of baga beach road, there used to be small dance places (usually suffixed with the word 'club' etc), not like Tito's, they used to be much smaller.

It wasn't advertised as a dance bar, and girls would also dance like girls in a regular pub/etc, you make eye contact, they would ask you for dance and you buy them expensive drinks (Rs. 500, etc) and they would dance with you along with chance and if possible have a convo and take them out.
