Homework, please post your FR if you do try it. I actually called the girl in the picture with no clothes -- see pictures below -- and she sounded like an early 20ish girl on the phone. She said she was the girl in the picture but would not give me any details about doing FS (her ad only talks about a handjob). Anyway, she said to call her when I got to Shanghai for more details.

I have so many other options to try, I probably will not do craigslist, especially after all the negative posts. But you never know. You may get lucky. And like you said, just meet her in the lobby and if she is an old hag, send her home.

I imagine the worst thing that can happen is that the girl meets you in the lobby or at your room and you can just send her away if she's not what the CL add depicts. And even if she looks good, and it seems to be legit, I still won't pay until after the service is over. As soon as they ask for money up front, I ask them to leave. It's worth a shot...and since I'm in Shanghai for another couple days, I may try it...Especially the one offering the Tantra....

I did try to call one of the numbers from America to see if it was real and I actually got a girl that spoke pretty good English. I only kept the ads of the girls who said they spoke english. She said she was the girl in the picture.

I've done the CL thing three times or so. I would advise you stay away. You can tell that the whole erotic site is, in essence, spammed by an agency which is why you see the same posts over and over. All the girls work for the agency...they never come close to looking like the girls in the picture (generally older and overweight) and they will hit you up for big money. Not recommended.

I have done the FL thing in Shanghai. It is pretty obvious. You can find the ex pat bars with the FLs very easily. Sounds like good ol Tongren Lu isn't the place anymore. But doing some reading in this post and it seems the activity just moved.

I am not completely sure, but I think maybe Chinese LE may look at this site. Or at least people are worried they do. That may be why you don't see a lot (compared with BKK) of stories. Or maybe the FL activity is so much lower. All I know, if you are at the right club (like the ol' Manhattans or Malones), it just a matter of what and how much.

Seems like BKK is like shooting fish in a barrel. Shanghai is a little more discreet. But not exactly hidden by any stretch of the imagination. So many old dudes with young sexy women walking around town.

I agree I would avoid CL unless you are trying to do a free actual date approach. I would suggest letting people know when you are in town. Then you maybe be able to scare up a wing man.

I happened across a dude from Boston last time I was in town at Manhattans. He gave me good info on how it works. Saved me a ton of cash too. His advice, wait till closing time and the rates drop.

Actually, I agree with you I like to go to the clubs and just meet the girls but I find that the language barrier is a problem. I have not actually tried to meet any FLs at any clubs yet, but I will give it a try this time. My only requirement is that the girls are hot. These pics kind of meet my requirements. Are the FLs at the clubs of this quality or better?

I just looked at craigslist.org for Shanghai under erotic services and the pictures of their girls are outstanding (if they are real). Anyone have any experiences to share?
