50mg is more than enough. I would say keep a balance between side effects and needs. When I had it I got a headache which was almost like a hangover till the second day. Also for me what I noticed was that even though the errection and tightness was there but the pleasure of banging had subdued. Just my two cents.

Sildenafil , tadalafil which are used for erectile dysfunction , mostly who cannot get an erection

I would suggest not to use at young age , it's for 60-70 years old guys or for people who have the problem

100 mg of Viagara is too much. 50 mg should be more than enough. Instead of Viagara i would suggest Tadalafil. Best one is Forzest FC by Ranbaxy. It stays in system for 36 hours and gives rock hard erection. I would suggest initial dosage of 10 mg.


Also, if you have erection problems, stop masturbating and watching porn for 3-4 weeks. Your erection should return.

These salts are to be used once in a week or 10 days and not regularly. Take it on empty stomach without any alcohol intake and drink lot of water.

Remember you should not be on any medication like nitrates, blood pressure, sugar, heat ailments, etc.

Once a while use is fine and you would enjoy it provided you have a good chock available to you for 5-6 hours so that you can have all the holes to your satisfaction
