LOL...no boss is gonna tell you the truth about LE , but there is no way she can plugged every mouth. The reason why those spas got the notice last month? It's because they got lots of complaints by the neighboring businesses all along. The license thing is just an excuse but the truth is slowing down the growing massage businesses in Hy7/Leslie area. Somehow they take action serious this time.

Yes that is what I understand so I was surprised by the post. Police visited and LE provided the standard letter. Understand they put a RMT on staff and are advertising in that manner. Not sure if that is sufficient but will take RH time to sort through all these subtle changes made by each spa in terms of applicable bylaws. Time will tell. Some of the MPAs are staying away from their spa due to concerns.
