Hi boys...
I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful reviews! Alphacare is home for me, and there's isn't another spa i would switch to. I've been working here for 4 years (minus a few extended vacations I took) and the relationships I've built with the girls, managers and clients makes AlphaCare my family.
The shifts are long, and most of the time by the end of the day we're tired because we're busy and as employees of AlphaCare we're expected to actually work in the room. "Do the best we can". Our responsibilities include; being on time, not missing shifts, being polite, using the full massage time, giving proper massages, doing the laundry, and cleaning up after ourselves after our shifts. The same responsibilities you'd having any other job. This creates an issue for a lot of girls that come to work here though, as they sometimes expect this career choice to be a simple walk in the park, where all they are expected to do is the extras, make quick cash, and lose our regular clients. AlphaCare doesn't stand for this and it's the major reason why we lose a lot of new girls.
Some girls leave because we have set prices for extras. They want to charge more (ripping you off!) We also don't allow that type of behavior, which causes girls to go 'where the grass is greener' and do less for more money. Of course the spa's they go to aren't as busy as us, and they actually end up making less which is why you see a lot of girl's leaving, exploring the other locations and eventually returning to us.
Anyways there's a little explanation for you. See you soon!!!
