For West End, Little Amy at Supreme Spa scratches that Viet itch for me.

It's not like the S9 heydays since the price point doesn't fit into the $160-$170 all in, but Sensa still has Christina, Cindy, and a new Starlyn (have not seen myself though).

Rachel/Ocean when she's at Ellagance is at least half Viet since she does have that accent, and is a good choice.

Cindy at Sensa awesome but nearly double the cost. Place is super nice. I have heard Starlyn pretty resitrictive.

Ocean at Reinella a very good choice. I like sessions with her very much. Doesn't look overly Viet to me though. Still super cute and speaks good English despite the little accent. She can get very busy there sometimes.
