Very well said..Non one is disrespecting the place.They just asked some questions and management answered already.
Let the management reply to those inquiries.Thats more valid to me and other potential clients for your spa.
As any customer who has the right to ask questions and point out what they thought was wrong. I believe the poster/owner replied and admitted they forgot/did not check. I'm sure they will learn from it just as many of us made mistakes and learnt from it.
When I do see someone they post that catches my eye. I will certainly give this place a try.
