Here is a suggestion:

When you book a girl, you have to leave your phone number to reserve for people make appointments over the phone.
Also, if you are a walk-in customer, then that customer has to leave their phone number in order to see the girl.

That way, all the customers who sees a girl has some identification attached to them. and this will not be invasion of privacy because you don't know anything about them.
The guy can still stay private and anonymous.

And then, if anything ever happens to the girl , then the girl can report to Yuki. Yuki can then ban that guy with that phone number to ever come back because when he books, he will use the same phone number and you will know that it's the guy who is banned already.

Just a suggestion.
