its pretty standard to give fungal tab and cream.
but I guess he had too much infection that's why injection.
regarding v chadii most time what happens is underwear don't get cleaned properly mostly in case of high infection and as rainy season going on it spread quickly to avoid it doctor suggested v cut.
fungal infection is not deadly but always be careful.
and if next time again it happens then start the same tablet and cream should make comfortable under 3 days.
