The location of the hotel is great. Two blocks straight up as you exit the hotel you have your bars and clubs, mixed with ktvs. If you go two blocks to your left as you exit the hotel and three blocks down, you are at the hawker bar stands that are visited by FL.

Good overall experience in Zhuhai with a few curves thrown-in. After a day of shopping at Gong-bei, I started to walk back to my hotel. Stopped by one of the hawker bar stands and have a few beers with a cute 19y.o. host. She agreed to grab a bite with me after her shift. Afterwards, I asked if she wanted to go back to my room. If you want to return before the border close, sure, Zhuhai is a far better place to spend all night having fun.
There are plenty of decent hotels in Zhuhai that cost the equivalent of 60USD, just book them using elong.com or ctrip.com.

the hotels at the zhuhai border are not that good for the price. there is the victoria hotel in macau that is about 60 usd, which is near the border. crossing over is not that bad, around 15 to 20 minutes.

i will be in macau april 24 to 26
